Privacy policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
This site, codymackall.com, belongs to Cody Mackall, based in San Antonio, Texas. This page explains what the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. Plain English, no fine print games.
What we collect
When you send a booking request. The booking form asks for your name, email, organization, and optionally your event date, the talk you’re interested in, audience size and a note about your audience. That information is emailed to info@veteranvisionmedia.com and stored in the site’s WordPress database so the request isn’t lost.
When you just visit. Like most websites, the server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) for security and troubleshooting. The site may also use basic analytics and security tools that set cookies to count visits and block spam and attacks.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, plan your event, keep the site secure, and understand roughly how many people visit. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else touches it
The site is hosted by Bluehost. Fonts load from Google Fonts. If analytics is turned on, visit data is processed by Google Analytics. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept as long as needed to follow up and for our own records. Ask and we’ll delete yours.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing info@veteranvisionmedia.com. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site still works without them.
Kids
This site is meant for event organizers and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
